I am very lucky to have inspirational yoga teachers whose classes I still attend. I thoroughly enjoy sharing the magical yoga journey and the many benefits that yoga can bring. I have completed my British Wheel of Yoga Certificate and am studying for the 500hr Diploma.
My background is in theatre and I’ve spent my time touring with shows all over the UK but am happiest on my mat.

YOGA FOR CHILDREN & FAMILIES FAQ’s
Do I need a mat or fancy equipment?
No, although feel free to bring your mat or any props if you prefer.
Can I book a kids workshop for my school?
Yes, please contact me with your requirements and I’ll get right back to you. Currently covering schools in Ware, Cheshunt, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas.
Is yoga a religion?
No, and there are no religious elements to children’s workshops/classes.
Do you have insurance and qualifications?
Yes. Certified by Rainbow Kids Yoga and am currently a student teacher with BWY. I have Public Liability Insurance, which covers participants. I also have current Enhanced DSB checks and a First Aid Certificate. I can send these documents to you on request, just let me know.
Where can I attend a family yoga session?
All events will be posted on the Facebook page. www.facebook.com/yogaantics
Can people come along and watch a family sessions?
If you are in the room then I ask that you join in as much as you feel you can.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. Shorts, joggers, leggings, T-shirts and vest tops etc.
Bare feet are preferred.
For schools I find that their PE kit works best.
