AUTUMN AFTERNOON RETREAT

An afternoon of total rest and relaxation awaits you! Helen (Yogasana With Helen) and I are combining forces to bring you a 90 minute yoga class with plenty of time to reconnect to yourself.

We will focus on breath work, restoring asana and meditation. After a short refreshment break with your fellow yogi’s you can enjoy a nourishing Yoga Nidra and float home feeling relaxed and restored.

Please allow 3 hours for this experience.

Venue just outside of Ware, Herts.

Bookings will reopen post lockdown.

ABOUT LOREN

I joined the local leisure centre, looking for an exercise that wasn’t running on a treadmill for hours on end and discovered the start of what I am sure will be a life long journey.  I trained to teach children & families and subsequently taught in schools, clubs, outdoors (under a tree named Elvis) and at festivals.

I trained with The British Wheel of Yoga (500hr BWYQ L4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga); my favourite life experience to date. I learnt (amongst so much more) that a 5000 year old tradition is extremely relevant for our modern lives. I am fascinated by what yoga reveals and how it can encourage us to live a happy and fulfilling life off the mat.

I currently work as a Wellbeing Coach at Oakland’s College to support young people with learning difficulties. You can also find me teaching weekly classes in and around Cheshunt.  I hope to offer a friendly space and a relaxed atmosphere to enable you to explore what yoga means to you.

WORDS STUDENTS HAVE USED TO DESCRIBE MY CLASSES…

Healing, mending, relaxing, playful, imaginative, creative, fun and authentic.

“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.”  –TKV Desikachar
