No gymnastics, a focus on finding that happy place in each pose.

LOREN

I joined the local leisure centre, looking for an exercise that wasn’t running on a treadmill for hours on end and discovered the start of what I am sure will be a life long journey.  I trained to teach children & families with Rainbow Yoga in 2017 bringing yoga to primary schools, clubs and festivals.

I completed the 500hr L4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga with The British Wheel of Yoga and learnt how a 5000 year old tradition is extremely relevant for our modern lives. I am fascinated by what yoga reveals and how it can encourage us to live a happy and fulfilling life off the mat.

I am 1 of 200 individuals nationwide who are trained to deliver the Yoga4Health programme, a 10 week social subscribing program commissioned by the NHS. I work at a local college offering yoga to young people with learning difficulties and am currently studying with Special Yoga (Yoga for Adults with Learning Difficulties). You can also find me teaching weekly classes in Cheshunt.  I hope to offer a friendly space and a relaxed atmosphere to enable you to explore what yoga means to you.

WORDS STUDENTS HAVE USED TO DESCRIBE MY CLASSES…

Healing, mending, relaxing, playful, imaginative, creative, fun and authentic.

“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.”  –TKV Desikachar
